The customer whose page received all of the traffic confirmed additional traffic on their end. This issue has subsided and we will be monitoring for any further herds of traffic.

Monitoring

Traffic volume has decreased and we're back to serving pages in a timely manner. We'll be keeping an especially close eye on the situation over the coming hours.

Investigating

The site is currently experiencing a higher than normal amount of load, and may be causing pages to be slow or unresponsive. We're investigating the cause and will provide an update as soon as possible.
