Monitoring

Background workers did not execute from a period of 15:38 to 15:45 due to an errant code push. Notifications for incidents would have been dropped during this time. The site is functioning normally again.

Identified

Networking issues seem to have subsided. Currently monitoring for regressions, and continuing to ready additional resources should they return.

Update

Connections to mailgun also seem to be affected, all seemingly from a single AZ, currently in the process of moving resources around to test a different Availability Zone.

Investigating

Pingdom and New Relic metric fetching is delayed, presumably due to a networking issue. We're monitoring and continue to investigate any mitigation paths.
