Importing metric data from Librato is now back to normal.

Update

We are now fetching metric values from Librato again and all of our jobs that fetch data from them have caught up. We're continuing to monitor the situation.

Investigating

We're currently experiencing difficulties fetching the most recent metric values from Librato. Metrics sourced from Librato will experience gaps until the systems stabilize and we can resume successful fetching of data.
