Monitoring

Traffic has returned to normal levels. All investigation points toward a brief routing issue into our non-SSL status load balancer. SSL, management portal, and API traffic were not affected.

Investigating

We experienced a brief period of connectivity issues and traffic drops. Initial investigation is pointing toward a load balancer failure, which has since recovered. Traffic drops only occurred for non-SSL status page traffic, management portal and API traffic were not affected.

We're continuing to investigate.
