Update

We have identified the issue: the API access for Pingdom accounts using the Free plan is no longer available. We are currently composing a solution notifying and resolving affected customers.

Identified

We've noticed increased errors when authenticating with Pingdom. As a result, users may have issues linking or using their pingdom accounts to StatusPage.io accounts.

We're reaching out now to figure out a root cause and find a solution.
