StatusPage will be migrating its infrastructure to new load balancers during the course of this week.

This change should be completely transparent and does not require any changes for our customers.

Customers using our API may be affected if they are relying on client libraries that do not support SNI. Server-Name-Indication, or SNI, is an official extension to SSL where the client tells the server what hostname it is contacting. With the migration to the new load balancers, we will be dropping support for clients that do not support SNI.

If your API access is affected please contact us at hi@statuspage.io and we can remediate the issue.
